What Becomes Possible When You Know Your Numbers

Clear cash flow isn't just a financial metric — it's what lets you make every other decision with confidence.

See Your Runway
Know exactly how many weeks of cash you have — before it becomes urgent.
Make Confident Decisions
Hire, spend, and plan based on real numbers, not instinct.
Be Raise-Ready
Walk into investor conversations with financials that hold up to scrutiny.

Do Any Of These Sound Familiar?

If you're nodding at more than two of these, your cash flow picture needs attention. This is exactly what I fix.

Revenue is growing, but cash still feels tight
You don't know how many months of runway you have
Hiring and spending decisions feel like guesses
Your books are done but don't help you make decisions
A slow-paying customer is quietly stressing you out
You're not sure your numbers would survive investor scrutiny

From Guesswork to Clarity

What changes when you have a clear 13-week cash flow picture.

✕  Before

Hiring decisions grounded in real numbers
Financials that hold up to investor scrutiny
Spotting cash problems weeks before they become urgent

Jada Joel, Cash Flow Consultant for SaaS Founders

About Jada

I Build The Forecast Myself. Every Time.

Most SaaS founders I work with are not bad with money — they are flying without instruments. Revenue looks healthy, the team is shipping, and yet no one can say with confidence how many months of cash are left.

That gap is where I work. I build a clear 13-week cash flow picture from your actual numbers, tell you what it means in plain English, and hand it over. My goal is not to become a fixture on your payroll — it is to leave you genuinely in control of your cash.

Not a CPA. I focus on cash flow forecasting and financial decision support. Tax work is referred to licensed CPAs and EAs.

Early warning identified: Week 13 shows a $7,600 net outflow driven by a large vendor payment. While cash remains healthy, this pattern repeats in Q1 and warrants a collections review before Week 11.

Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers to the questions founders ask before booking.

How is this different from what my bookkeeper does?

+
Bookkeepers record what already happened — they keep your books accurate and handle compliance. As a SaaS cash flow consultant, I focus on what comes next. I build a forward-looking 13-week cash flow forecast from your numbers so you can see where cash is going, how long it lasts, and what decisions you can make with confidence. The two services complement each other — I work alongside your bookkeeper, not instead of them.

Do you understand SaaS specifically?

+
Yes. SaaS cash flow has its own patterns — monthly recurring revenue, annual plan timing, deferred revenue, churn, CAC payback, and the profitable-on-paper-but-cash-poor problem. I specialize in this space specifically because generic cash flow advice misses the dynamics that matter most to SaaS founders.

My books are a mess. Is that a problem?

+
Your books do not need to be perfect, but they do need to be reasonably clean and current before project work can begin. Bank and credit card accounts should be reconciled, income and expenses categorized, and outstanding invoices reasonably up to date. If you are unsure whether your books are ready, the free 15-minute session is a good place to find out — we can assess that together before any money changes hands.

Are you a CPA?

+
No. I hold a B.S. in Forensic Accounting from CUNY and am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I provide cash flow forecasting, financial preparation, and decision support — not tax filing or audit services. If you need a CPA or EA, I am happy to refer you to one.

What documents do I need to provide?

+
After our discovery call, I send you a customized document checklist based on your business. Most clients provide profit and loss statements, balance sheets, bank and credit card statements, accounts receivable and payable reports, payroll and contractor costs, recurring expenses, and debt information. For SaaS businesses I typically also request MRR data, billing cycles, churn information, and subscription details. Records should cover the most recent 6 to 12 months where possible. Not every document applies to every client — the checklist tells you exactly what is needed for your engagement.

How is my information kept confidential?

+
Everything you share stays confidential. I do not share client information with third parties. If it gives you added comfort, I am happy to sign an NDA before we begin.

Will I be pressured into an ongoing retainer?

+
No. The Cash Flow Clarity Audit is a standalone fixed-fee project. At the end of the engagement you own the deliverables and there is no obligation to continue. If ongoing support makes sense for your situation, we can discuss Fractional CFO Support — but that conversation happens on your terms, not mine.

What happens on the free 15-minute session?

+
We spend 15 minutes on your current cash situation. I will ask a few questions about your revenue, burn, and what is worrying you, and I will give you at least one concrete next step — whether or not we end up working together. No pitch, no pressure, no obligation.
