I’m Jada Joel cash flow consultant to early-revenue SaaS founders, and I’ve learned one thing above all: cash comes in on a schedule. Expenses do not wait. Major decisions rarely line up with when you actually have clarity about your numbers. That gap between what the business looks like and what the financials actually show is where I work.

I have always been drawn to technology, and SaaS specifically because the model can look successful from the outside while the financial reality is much more complicated. Founders are gaining customers, growing revenue, and still struggling with cash flow, rising expenses, or a runway that is shorter than it looks. I help them make sense of the financial side so they can stop operating from uncertainty and start making decisions with a clear view of where they actually stand.

My interest in this work is not purely technical. I understand what financial uncertainty feels like personally — the way it changes how you think about every decision. That is one reason I care so much about clarity. Behind every forecast and runway calculation is a person trying to build something meaningful without losing control of their financial future. I bring both accounting knowledge and genuine empathy to that.

I work primarily through asynchronous email and shared documents so clients can review and respond when it fits their schedule. My process is structured and practical — clear stages, clear communication, and context with every deliverable. I explain what I found, why it matters, and what to consider next. Clients should never have to chase me for updates or wonder what is happening with their project.
